Josh Wilde
Head Chef
Josh grew up in Portsmouth and in 2018 joined the team at Tom Kerridge’s The Coach in Marlow, working his way from demi chef de partie all the way up to Senior sous chef, a role which he then took on at Tom’s 2 Michelin starred flagship, The Hand & Flowers. Josh is excited be bringing his culinary vision to FARE and will be serving several of the dishes himself in the dining room.

Masterminds
Founded by Nigel Sutcliffe and James McLean, Truffle Hunting is a UK based consultancy. Nigel and James have worked together for over 20 years in the industry. Nigel has been Managing Director of The Crazy Bear Group and Director at The Fat Duck. James McLean began his career winning Young Chef of the Year before going on to work at multiple Michelin Stars venues across London.
